## Common problems

### Your roadmap needs more delivery capacity

A growing backlog can stretch your current team, especially when new features and existing product maintenance compete for attention.

### The next phase needs a different skill mix

A product may need frontend, backend, mobile, and QA support at different stages. The useful team structure follows the work.

### You want continuity alongside your own team

A longer-running roadmap benefits from clear ownership, shared context, and a working rhythm that fits your organization.

## What we build

### A squad shaped around your roadmap

Agree on frontend, backend, mobile, and QA roles, capacity, and responsibilities in the proposal. The team mix depends on your needs and availability.

### Practical onboarding

Plan access, codebase context, architecture, delivery conventions, and the first priorities before work begins.

### An agreed monthly cadence

Set a rhythm for planning, progress reviews, demonstrations, and reporting that works with your internal product owner.

## Frequently asked questions

### How does the monthly engagement work?

We agree on the roles, monthly capacity, responsibilities, commercial terms, and any minimum commitment in a written proposal. Pricing depends on that scope; there is no fixed package or team size assumed before the conversation.

### Who owns the roadmap and sets priorities?

Your company retains product direction and backlog priorities. We agree on a product owner or other decision maker on your side, and our team works with that person to plan and review delivery.

### Which roles can be included?

The proposed team can include frontend, backend, mobile, and QA roles, subject to the work, required experience, and availability. Capacity and any changes to the squad are agreed in advance rather than assumed.

### How do onboarding and progress reviews work?

We agree on access, codebase orientation, working conventions, and the first priorities during onboarding. Planning meetings, demonstrations, progress reporting, and communication hours are then set around a cadence both teams can support.

### Can we agree on an NDA and intellectual property handover?

Yes. Confidentiality, access boundaries, intellectual property ownership, existing materials, and handover responsibilities are addressed in the engagement agreement. Repository access and documentation are planned around those terms.

### Can we change capacity or end the engagement?

Capacity changes, replacement or transition arrangements, the notice period, and any remaining commitments are agreed in the proposal and contract. A handover plan helps your team retain the context and work when the engagement changes or ends.
