Data & dashboards

Turn scattered data into a clearer direction.

A dashboard is useful when it answers the right question. We work from your decisions back to the data, creating clear metrics and views your team can act on.

Built with purpose

From business need to working solution.

Executive and operational dashboards
Data integration and pipelines
Embedded product analytics

A clear scope. A thoughtful experience. A practical path to launch.

The starting point

Sound familiar?

The problems behind the project are where the useful work begins.

01

Reports take more work than they should

Teams spend hours exporting, combining, and checking data before a meeting can begin.

02

The same metric has different answers

Different definitions and disconnected sources undermine trust in the numbers.

03

There is plenty of data and little direction

Dense reports bury the signals that matter for an operational or strategic decision.

What we build

Useful by design.

Concrete capabilities, shaped around your workflow and the people who use it.

Executive and operational dashboards

Focused views of sales, finance, operations, and agreed performance indicators.

Data integration and pipelines

Bring data from business systems into a consistent reporting layer with scheduled or event-driven updates.

Embedded product analytics

Place useful data views inside an application, with permissions appropriate to each user.

Metric and data quality foundations

Document definitions, ownership, checks, and refresh expectations so reports remain understandable.

The foundation

Technology that fits the job.

We choose the stack around your requirements, integrations, and long-term ownership. The approach is agreed during discovery.

How we work

No mystery between idea and launch.

You can see the direction, review the work, and understand what comes next.

01

Understand

We map your workflow, listen to the people who use it, and agree on the business problem worth solving.

A clear scope, priorities, and a practical plan.

02

Design

We turn the plan into user journeys, interface prototypes, and a technical approach you can review before development.

An agreed prototype and implementation roadmap.

03

Build

We develop in focused iterations, demonstrate working software, and test the important workflows with your team.

A tested product, with progress visible throughout.

04

Grow

We prepare the release, hand over documentation, and plan improvements around feedback from real use.

A supported launch and a roadmap for what comes next.

A few useful answers

Before we begin.

Every project is different. These answers can help you prepare for the first conversation.

Do we need a data warehouse before building a dashboard?

Not always. A small reporting need may work with a simpler data layer. A warehouse becomes useful when multiple sources, historical analysis, scale, or governance make direct connections difficult to maintain.

Should we use Power BI or a custom dashboard?

We compare your audience, integrations, interaction needs, licensing, and reporting workflow. A standard BI tool suits many internal reports; a custom dashboard can suit embedded experiences or highly tailored operational use.

Can a dashboard show real-time data?

Yes, where the source systems support it. We define the required freshness first, since live streaming, frequent polling, and scheduled updates have different complexity and operating costs.

What if our source data is incomplete?

We identify the gaps and agree on data quality checks before treating the dashboard as a source for decisions. Missing or delayed data should be visible, and remediation becomes part of the implementation plan.
