The challenge
An interview is a skill worth practising.
IT Skill Meter gives technology graduates a place to rehearse role-specific questions, try spoken responses, and review feedback before a real hiring conversation.
A previous team collaboration
This is an earlier Compfest Letsgo123 project, with Riandra Diva Auzan credited alongside his teammates in the public repository. It is included as prior collaborative work, rather than a commissioned Weaveward client project.
What the team built
Interview practice
An AI-assisted question and answer experience organised around technology roles
Spoken interaction
Speech recognition and speech playback support a conversational practice flow
Feedback and next steps
The project brief describes skills feedback and recommendations for further learning
Retrieval-backed context
A separate Python service combines a language model with Chroma retrieval; a companion crawler collects technology-roadmap material

How it works
Three public repositories
The public code spans three repositories: the Next.js and Supabase web application, a FastAPI and LangChain retrieval service using local Ollama models, and a JavaScript data collection tool. This separates the interview experience from knowledge retrieval and ingestion.

The hosted web page is accessible, and the public source documents the prototype. We have not verified a complete live interview, provider connectivity, or feedback quality in this review. AI feedback is a practice aid; it is not an accredited assessment or a hiring decision.
